Job Description

We are hiring for the position of a part-time Physiotherapy Aide/Receptionist for our MAIN ST & MCPHILLIPS locations!This is a part time position, candidates must be available to work evenings (3:00 start - 7:00/8:00) and Saturdays, 2 - 3 shifts per week. Candidates must be available to work at both our McPhillips and Main St locations!As an aide/receptionist you will work alongside assisting the Physiotherapist, as well as performing reception duties.Duties include:

  • Bringing back patients
  • Making heat/ice packs
  • Maintenance of rooms and equipment
  • Doing laundry
  • Booking appointments
  • Sending visits off to insurance companies
  • Taking payments
  • Order supplies and tracking inventory
Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills
