Job Description (EN):Go Auto requires a Part-Time Receptionist for evenings / weekends to join our growing Dealer Group!We are currently in search for a part time RECEPTIONIST. As the first point of contact for all customers the right candidate must provide excellent customer service in a busy-fast paced environment.Hours:Monday & Tuesday 6pm - 9pmSaturday 9am - 5pmResponsibility:Greet all customers in a friendly, professional mannerPromptly answer the phone in a courteous mannerAccurate data entry and message takingProcess payments and deposits on behalf of the finance and sales departmentMaintain the reception are in a tidy and presentable manner at all timesOther assigned dutiesAccountability:Follow all company policies and proceduresHave high standards of customer service for all customers and co-workersEnsure accuracy in data entryReliable and professional at all timesRequirements:Previous experience working in the automotive industry is an assetAbility to handle a high volume multi-line phone/paging systemExceptional communication skills both verbal and writtenSelf-motivatedProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)Excellent time management skillsGo Auto offers the best benefits in the industryYou’ll have three weeks of vacation your first year!
