Job Description

  • Youll be joining our Quality team on a full-time, permanent basis
  • Ordering fabric/leather covers and ordering frame components
  • Picking case goods from the general warehouse and unboxing/disassembly to locate needed part
  • Wrapping of case good parts per the EQ3 standard for wrapping
  • Shipping the orders via FedEx Ship Manager or the AS400 daily to ensure accurate record keeping
  • Providing backup coverage, the Parts & Service Coordinator during busy and vacation times
  • Entering both case and upholstery parts orders and answering email questions.
  • Assist with special projects, trade shows, and setups
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Ability to multitask, adapt and cope with challenging and changing situations
  • Knowledge and understanding of leather-cutting standards
  • Working knowledge of Masonite templates
  • Previous experience operating forklift, order picker, and power jack (or willingness to participate in training to obtain certification to operate machinery if required)
  • Ability to work at heights safely with fall-prevention protective equipment
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to travel to various retail locations as required
  • Working knowledge and experience using MS Excel and Outlook preferred
  • Working knowledge and experience using RF scanners preferred
