Job Description

Parts Coordinators support the international Versatile Dealer Network by managing after sale parts orders coming from our Versatile Dealers. This is an office position within our Service Parts Department located on Clarence Avenue.The Coordinator regularly works together with other groups such as purchasing, finance, warehouses, EZ Parts administrators (parts catalog) to provide information and assistance to Versatile Dealers. You will be tasked with catering to the requirements of our overseas Dealers.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Investigate and respond to dealer inquiries regarding parts pricing and availability
  • Process dealer parts orders and release pick lists to warehouses
  • Request parts transfers from other warehouses or production
  • Communicate with freight forwarders to request freight estimates, make freight bookings, follow up on shipment details
  • Generate Export Documents such as commercial invoice, packing slips, CAED Export declarations, Certificate of Origin/ Quality
  • Communicate with warehouse regarding freight bookings and scheduled pickups, forward waybill or bill of lading from carrier
  • Provide order status updates to dealers
  • Monitor and manage parts back orders
  • Calculate and ensure correct freight and packaging charges are applied to customer invoices
  • Generate customer orders for parts warehouse/ backorder unavailable parts, maintain backorders
  • Participate in service parts projects/initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in MS Word and Excel programs
  • Ability to prioritize workload and complete multiple tasks
  • Good knowledge of vehicle parts
  • Ability to effectively work within a team and collaborate
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or industry would be an asset
  • Previous experience in logistics/shipping and/or knowledge of customs requirements would be an additional asset
Experience with MAPICS and AS400 systems is an asset. Must be comfortable learning new computer programs.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
