Working at iQmetrix means always looking at ways to be better.Reports To: ControllerTeam Description:The Accounting Team within the Finance Team is responsible for all transactional accounting which includes the Billing Team, the core Accounting Team and PayrollJob Summary:We are searching for an individual to join our Finance Team who is responsible to maintain our payroll systems and records from start to finish, and help us design and build systems and processes that will support this amazing organization as we grow.Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Update payroll records by entering changes in savings deductions RRSP / ESOP, earnings such as Commissions / Bonuses and Part Time Hours.
  • Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
  • Determine payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer’s social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Annual T4 and W-2 reporting and compliance
  • Process Record of Employments
  • Pay Cycle Variance reporting
  • Other duties as assigned
