You come with a background in HR/People Operations/People & Culture and are ready to hit the ground running executing on people initiatives in the business. You are motivated by partnering with our senior leaders to build out processes to support recruitment, employee experience, engagement and more! You are also excited to roll your sleeves up and take on administrative tasks to support the iQmetrix Senior Leadership Group. You want to be an active contributor and own components of the iQmetrix talent strategy.iQmetrix is part of a global set of companies, called Chrysalis. In this role you would sit within Chrysalis, a part of the People and Culture team, working directly with and dedicated to the iQmetrix business. We value entrepreneurial thinking within the business and if you have an idea for a new business, there is opportunity to present it and potentially have it backed by us.Accountabilities:Support the development and execution of key people initiatives for iQmetrix with guidance from the iQmetrix Senior Leadership Group.Build processes to support people initiatives in the businesses.Engage with stakeholders within iQmetrix to ensure clear lines of communication and feedback on people initiatives.Act as a point of contact for all iQmetrix team leads and guide them in the right direction for support as needed (e.g., coaching, performance issues, recruitment).Conduct surveys and research in the business as-needed to understand areas where we can improve.Support the iQmetrix Senior Leadership Group with administrative tasks on an as-needed basis.Collaborate with our Global People & Culture team, Learning & Development team, Legal team and Risk & Compliance team for successful execution of strategy and ensuring utilization of all Global standards, procedures, and best practices.Seek out opportunities to enhance existing programs and create new programs within iQmetrix, to best support iQers (see below for what an iQer is).Keep up to date with industry insights and thought leadership in the People space.Qualifications:2-3 years experience in a previous role that involved project planning in HR, or experience as an HR Coordinator or related responsibilities.A proven track record of leading projects and working collaboratively with many parts of the business.Diploma in Business, HR or related field is preferred.What is an iQerAn iQer is a term, used daily across all iQmetrix locations, is someone who works for iQmetrix.
