Job Description

Position: Assistant to Nav Khakh, Broker/Owner of Ember Realty Group Ltd.Qualifications: Strong computer skills is essential as well as administrative background (preference will be given to individuals with Real Estate experience), exceptional organization skills. MUST HAVE VEHICLE and willing to drive for the position.Rate: $15 - $20 /hour depending on experienceCommitment: Full time or Part timeTASKS: Management of Listings and Transactions: · Follow checklists for Listings and Transactions management· Inputting listings on MLS· Scanning copies and forwarding to parties involved· Updating and modifying listings as needed· Management of paperwork on a listing· Ordering For Sale signs and removal of signs· Managing FINTRAC and Receipt of Funds for transactions· Liaising with other agents and industry professional as applicable· Management of contacts in the CRM and making updates as applicable· Picking up/dropping off paperwork, cheques, etc.· Other Ad Hoc jobs as neededJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$20.00 per hourBenefits:
