The Jim Pattison Auto Group has 28 locations and 16 brands in Western Canada. We encourage those with the required experience and interest to apply.Jim Pattison Toyota on Regent, Manitobas newest and largest Toyota store, is hiring for a Pre-owned Sales Manager. Our state-of-the-art facility, packed with the latest and greatest tools, offers a great culture and includes a supportive environment. Preferences will be given to those with sales management experience but we are willing to train the right candidate.Job Summary:Reporting to the General Manager, you will be passionate about leading your department to success. As a Sales Manager for our high volume location you must be self-motivated, high energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven history of being a top performer, track record of success, profitability and excellence in customer service. It is not enough to be successful in your own position; you must be able to foster success throughout the entire team.Responsibilities:Our Sales Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and retention and the profitability of the sales department. Fulfills his/her responsibilities by demonstrating knowledge of the potential market, established performance standards and an acute sense of the profitability potential of each department.Education and Experience:

  • Previous management experience in an automotive dealership.
  • 3-years related Managerial, Sales and Finance experience.
  • Pre-owned sales experience.
Technical Skills:
  • Prefer a candidate with Import Management experience, knowledge of CDK and 180 dealer management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound business judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of rules surrounding confidentiality, information governance and data protection.
  • Excellent organizational and realistic time management skills.
  • Clear, concise and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Drivers license in good standing and clean drivers abstract required.
