Job Description

Clearwater Investment is looking for a part-time Prep / Dishwasher to be the support engine in the kitchen. Candidate must follow, executive chef and sous chef standard and guidelines to achieve consistency. The successful candidate will utilize culinary skills to help and satisfied customer needs.

  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
  • Check supplies of stock inventory and order appropriately.
  • Must maintain organization not only kitchen line but also inventory.
  • Strict at enforcing sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
  • Can work at a fast pace and can handle the pressure
  • Can wash dishes and pots if needed
Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 20-25 per weekSalary: From $14.00 per hourBenefits:
