We are currently seeking to expand our team of product managers to have people dedicated to focusing on the long-term goals and direction of our products. As a member of the product management team you will be at the center of our organization’s strategy taking input from stakeholders across the organization and our customers and defining the future of what our products will be. You will be challenged to set aside your personal biases and take an objective look at our products, the market, and our customers and determine ‘what’s next’ alongside your team. Though in this role you will not have direct leadership responsibilities you will be constantly pushed as a leader to inspire others with your vision and effectively communicate how this vision supports the company’s goals.Accountabilities:Regularly interfacing with stakeholders and clients to gather feedbackCollaborating with other product managers to find synergies and ensure we are prioritizing the right thingsContinuously evaluating the priority of your domain against market landscape and company goalsCreating and communicating the roadmap for your domainBeing an expert on your products both within iQ and within the marketContributing to the evolution of our product visionAdvocating for and communicating our product vision throughout the companyMaintaining success metrics for your products and domainPartnering with Marketing to create Go-to-market strategies for productsWorking alongside PDLG to understand/communicate/account for technical items in your roadmapQualifications:1-3 years of product management experience with technical productsScrum Master and/or Product Owner CertificationExperience developing products with one of the following: Cloud, SaaS, Enterprise, or SecurityExperience creating strategic product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams to connect them to company objectives and customer valueProficiency with time tracking and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence)Demonstrated experience defining success metrics for products/features and managing against themStrong research skills with the ability to distill patterns and opportunitiesExcellent presentation and communication skillsHistory of leading without authorityHave the genuine ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customers/end user and operate from a place of empathyStartup or entrepreneurial experience an assetWhat is an iQerAn iQer is a term, used daily across all iQmetrix locations, is someone who works for iQmetrix.
