We are currently recruiting for a number of professional accounting opportunities within our accounting team located in our Winnipeg Head Office. Successful candidates will possess an Accounting Degree, have obtained or are working towards a CPA designation, and are looking to expand their skills while assisting in the oversight of the accounting function for one of our operating divisions within Richardson. We are looking for applicants with strong analytical and organizational skills and a high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to relate to varying levels of stakeholders are also required.For employees who are specifically working towards their CPA designation, Richardson International provides opportunities and support to foster and expand their knowledge and skills while preparing for growth and advancement within our finance team. As a finance professional at Richardson, you will be accountable for financial accounting, budgeting and reporting in addition to collaborating with the operations team where you will support the team in identifying and making recommendations, compiling key budget data and preparing forecastsRichardson also offers its own internal CPA Development Program to CPA students, including, formalized mentorship and support, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities across our large Accounting and Finance team.
