Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEWThis role can be at any StandardAero location in US and Canada - Relocation might applyWe are investing and building a team that is responsible for driving our HR Digital Transformation journey. As the Application Owner of our Applicant Tracking Solution and Onboarding Solutions, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition COE and HR Generalists to maintain, upgrade, support, develop, enhance and improve the overall solutions.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes Project Management methodology, tools and responsibilities for HR Technology projects and programs.
  • Works with process owners and SMEs and Re-engineers, documents and improves processes and business requirements.
  • Works with process owners to deploy and deliver analytics, scorecards, visualizations for HR and Leaders.
  • Drives and participates on a variety of projects, upgrades, implementations.
  • Creates project plans, work break-down structures, risk management plans, test plans, etc.
  • Participates in the selection of HR Technology Solutions.
  • Collaborates and defines processes, standard operating procedures and business requirement documentation.
  • Establishes related processes with manager, HR, IT and Legal on compliance, GDPR, Data Privacy and relevant business controls.
  • Enables and supports efficient processes and the use of HR data that leads to assessing the quality of HR data.
  • Establishes business controls -Manages data through testing and mass importation of HR Data to HR Systems, among other processes.
  • Identifies and prioritizes with stakeholders opportunities and solutions for automations.
  • Digs in and becomes expert on existing system to utilize, configure and leverage capabilities.
  • Creates roadmaps, and works with IT and Vendors and manages upgrades, patches.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with framework and programs of both Agile and Waterfall software development life cycles.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working closely with large On-Premise, Cloud and Custom applications.
  • Self-directed with a strong sense of initiative, motivated to learn.
  • Sound analytical and problem solving skills that can identify and assess moderately complex issues and opportunities that support the business.
  • Solid decision making skills; seeking guidance and support on more challenging issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management and employees, gain credibility, provide effective customer service, and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and ability to interact within all levels of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and applications, development of sophisticated presentations and of business cases, process analysis and recommendations.
  • Experience of managing budget, estimating and forecasting.
  • Management of vendors, system integrators and support teams.
  • Proven understanding, experience and skills with process re-engineering.
  • Significant knowledge and experience in technology and strategies.
  • Experience and understanding of Knowledge Management and Collaboration tools.
  • Travel may be required up to 5% of the time.
