Qualifications:Essential:
  • Completion of post secondary education in the field of Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analysis or an equivalent combination of formal education, training and related experience may be considered
  • Experience leading and facilitating requirements gathering activities for technology related projects
  • Experience leading and coordinating user acceptance activities including; creating test plans, designing and developing test scripts, executing test scripts, test cycle closure/reporting
  • Experience with process mapping techniques and tools
  • Experience eliciting business requirements for technology related projects
  • Experience collaborating with technology suppliers to design, develop and implement technology solutions
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Effective written communication skills
Desired:
  • Experience leading and managing teams involved in technology related projects
  • Experience using Application Lifecycle/Problem tracking software
  • Experience developing help files and user manuals
  • A strong understanding of current and emerging technologies
