Project Manager – TelecomThe successful candidate will be experienced in project management, consultation, acquisition, and coordination of Telecommunications projects. Your focus will be on delivering quality services and exceeding our clients’ expectations by working closely with our Administration and Site Acquisition teams.Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.
• Determine project scope, deliverables, resources, and schedules for new projects.
• Building and managing project teams.
• Develop and improve processes and procedures in support of project milestones and company objectives.
• Maintain client reporting and databases.
• Accountability for project results.
• Clear communication of expectations to team members. Coach and motivate team members.
• Respond to client requests as required, delegating to team members where necessary.
• Review of time and tasks for cost and quality control in support of client invoicing.
• Review and report on project metrics to Department Head and Senior Management Team.
• Coordination of Third-Party services to meet project client requirements.
• Identify potential issues and provide timely and effective solutions to these issues.
• Plan and execute meetings between teams, clients, etc.

• *Qualifications/Skills

• The ideal candidate will have prior telecommunications experience.
• Post-Secondary education in Business, Land or a related field is an asset.
• Proven Negotiation and Communication experience is an asset.
• Strong ability with MS Office.
• Exceptional reporting and Project Management skills.
• Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, and decision-making.
