They must be creative and enjoy working within a small, hard-working team that is outcome and results driven. They will assist in the successful management and execution of projects in collaboration with our team and partners. As the Project Manager, they will define project requirements and scope, providing our clients with clear communication on projects timelines and expectations. The Project Manager will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.The Project Manager’s portfolio will be made up of external, client-facing implementation projects and internal projects.Required skills / Experience · 3-5 years of experience· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail· Proven experience with very strong knowledge using with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices· Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.· Expert level written and verbal communication skills.· Reliable, independent, and self-disciplined in a work from home position· Strong client-facing and teamwork skills· Strong administrative, and quality management skills· Very respectful of schedules and deadlinesJob Duties/Responsibilities · Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success.· Review and prepare all documents, reports, and other correspondence materials for the Project Management team.· Ensures that all required submissions are complete and submitted within the required timelines.· Contribute to the creation of processes and procedures to standardize delivery efforts as the company grows.· Manage contract changes, responsible for the approval of additional work and schedule changes.· Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.· Ensure projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.· Adhere to established methodologies for project management.· Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.· Proactively address any project issues with appropriate members of the management team· Organize and attend weekly/ bi-weekly project meetings and prepare minute.· Develop and manage detailed project schedules.· Assist with report and presentation preparation.· Related duties and responsibilities, as required.Assets · Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently.· Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.· Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.· Proven ability to be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrates the highest level of client service and response.· Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization of multiple tasks with varying deadlines· Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposed solutions.· Emotional maturity· Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.· Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Projects)· Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies and processes· Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.· Knowledge or experience with Microsoft D365 for Finance and Operations· Knowledge or experience with Microsoft 365 apps and toolsPreferred Qualifications · University degree or college diploma is preferred, or some project management courses, or equivalent experience.· 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional environment.· Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.· Fluent in English is required, French is an asset – Oral/Written.· Experience with Monday.com and Atlassian JiraWe thank all applicants for their interest in NMB Solutions.
