Job Description

  • Youll be joining our [Department/Store Name] team on a [employment status i.e. full time, permanent] basis
  • Inspect all daily product for general fit, finish and functionality ensuring adherence to upholstery quality standards before taking the pieces picture
  • Photograph all produced pieces while checking sectional configuration sheets
  • Participate in RFT auditing activities
  • Record and document audit data
  • Provide feedback to front-line production staff regarding product quality
  • Identify (recurring) quality issues and suggest preventive measures
  • Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • One year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with Upholstery processes and products including mechanism installation and assembly process
  • Understanding of the use of a handheld digital camera
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Energetic and fast paced individual with passion for excellence
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
  • Details oriented, good communication, Organized, Self-motivated, Adaptable/Flexible, Dependable
