Position: Assistant to Nav Khakh, Broker/Owner of Ember Realty Group Ltd. Qualifications: Administrative background (preference will be given to individuals with Real Estate experience), exceptional organization skillsRate: $15 - $20 /hour depending on experienceCommitment: Full time or Part timeTASKS: Management of Listings and Transactions: · Follow checklists for Listings and Transactions management· Inputting listings on MLS· Scanning copies and forwarding to parties involved· Updating and modifying listings as needed· Making flyers and other marketing material for listings and sending for print.· Management of paperwork on a listing· Ordering For Sale signs and removal of signs· Managing FINTRAC and Receipt of Funds for transactions· Liaising with other agents and industry professional as applicable· Management of contacts in the CRM and making updates as applicable· Other Ad Hoc jobs as neededCRM Management: (Contactually)· Inputting new clients in CRM· Emailing clients and keeping in touch· Updating and automating CRM as necessaryJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$20.00 per hourBenefits:
