Job Description

Red Seal CookSouthport Aerospace Centre – Southport, MBCanada Catering If you love giving excellent care to customers and/or have related experience in food services and would be interested and willing to travel from Winnipeg area to Southport…we may have a position of interest to you! This is a part-time, weekends only position.Qualifications

  • Must have Red Seal certification as Cook (must provide certificate when applying)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • General physical wellness, and ability to stand, lift, move, etc.
  • This location is Federally regulated, therefore you must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Successful Police Check
Job Duties
  • Following cycle menus, cook, food prep, and prepare ethnically diverse meals in a well-equipped, clean industrial kitchen
  • Be flexible and adapt to change in numbers, products, and serving venues (banquet, full-service meals, dispersed meals, and service from steam table
  • Receiving orders, storing, cleaning-as-you-go
  • Compliance to H&S program, COVID safety, quality assurance procedures and WHMIS regulations
