Job Description

Sussex Realty is seeking Live Onsite Resident Managers for multiple apartment buildings in Winnipeg, MB for October 1, 2021. Resident Manager couples are encouraged to apply.*The properties for hire are not pet-friendly*Job Duties

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the property - inside, outside, and vacant units
  • Acting as liaison between residents and Sussex Realty
  • Being on call afterhours to attend to any emergencies
  • Showing and leasing suites as they come available
  • Lawn care, snow removal
  • Coordinating work with contractors
  • Scheduling with tenants - move ins, move outs, inspections, etc.
  • Performing minor maintenance
  • Other duties may be required by management
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent cleaning skills
  • Trades/maintenance experience an asset
  • Property management/resident manager experience an asset
  • Clear criminal record check required
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
