Includes but not limited to support services such as the preparation, editing and production of data entry, subsidy claims, pricing database management, correspondence, marketing material, mail, presentations, sales reporting, and event/incentive planning and execution.Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide key administrative support to the Director, Indigenous Relations, Manager, Indigenous Segment, Marketing Manager, Indigenous, and Revenue Management, Indigenous at the site level
  • Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for local sales department.
  • Support the marketing department and Business Resources Team by providing administrative and event planning assistance. (i.e. GSM, STIR Events, etc.)
  • Expense management support. (i.e. donations, etc.)
  • Complete Nutrition North Subsidy Claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Support Sysco North pricing and product administration
  • Bid management assistance.
  • IT Form submissions.
  • Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor.
  • Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a sales admin and support role.
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Post-secondary education, ideally with a focus in business is an asset.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of AS400 is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to a vehicle is required as there may be some travel (up to 5%).
