Job Description

Waverley Mitsubishi is hiring a Sales Assistant/Delivery Coordinator. They will assist Sales Dept staff with customer communications and marketing, as well as ensure customers receive an informative overview of all significant features when receiving their vehicle.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow-up customer communications
  • Support for the reception team as needed.
  • Merchandising stock vehicles (photos, descriptions, etc)
  • Follow delivery processes from point-of-sale to vehicle hand-off to clients
  • Introduce buyers to Service Dept and schedule first service appt
  • Answer all questions in a clear and knowledgeable manner
  • Follow up with customers within 2-3 days to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Be a brand ambassador!
  • Collaborate with both the Sales & Marketing Teams to produce promotional material for dealership website and social media sites.
  • Share day-to-day activities and promotions on dealership social media accounts
  • Other related duties as assigned
Note: No direct sales involved!REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid MB driver’s license with acceptable driving record (req MPI abstract)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and outgoing attitude
  • Must be proficient with computers, electronics, and social media
  • Previous retail sales experience an asset
  • Maintain professional demeanor, interactions, and appearance at all times
  • Must be reliable and available to work evenings and Saturdays
