In order to do that, our growing team is looking for a Sales Representative in Technology Services who will be highly motivated to deliver exceptional results in support of the sales process. Our Sales Representatives create and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our new and existing clients. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, manage and maintain existing Technology Services, and the IT client relationship.This position is available on a REMOTE basis in Canada or in our office in Winnipeg, MB.A Day in the Life

  • Utilizing your network as well as data sources to identify and prospect for new business
  • Identifying client needs and pain points and qualify based on pre-defined criteria
  • Conducting and documenting client discovery
  • Partnering with delivery team to provide clients and prospects with a vision for their end state and path to get there
  • Managing the sale of Microsoft cloud migrations and ongoing managed services as well as related IT services
  • Preparing on-time response to requests for quotes and information, and coordinate with IT Team to provide exemplary service to customer
  • Achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Advising clients of new solutions and services as they become available
  • Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information, and communicating client information that may affect company decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales professional preferred
  • At least 2 years of IT experience preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of cloud platforms
  • Ability to recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills
  • Aptitude for problem solving critical thinking and a passion for technology
  • Strong strategic planning skills
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and regular access to a reliable vehicle
  • Microsoft 365 Certifications in Modern Work, Messaging, Teams, Developer or Fundamentals preferred but not required
