We are looking for a Customer Automotive Service Advisor!!The Customer Automotive Service Advisor position is responsible for greeting new and current clients as they enter the service area. As an integral part of the service team, the advisor works with the technicians to ascertain the cause of the issue(s) that prompted a given customer's visit, work to address and resolve those issues. In addition, since technicians will often have more than one possible solution to a given issue, service advisors must be able to relate these options to the customer and help them select a course of action.If you are hard-working, passionate, and determined, then Capital Automotive Group is for you! The Customer Automotive Service Advisor is responsible to act as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers.The JobSet, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers so they can have a great service experienceMeet or exceed targeted sales goals & the targeted customer satisfaction indexGreet customers in a friendly manner when they arriveDetermine vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk-around, inspections and test drivesUse a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for ongoing required maintenance of their vehicleProduce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparencyCommunicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of workFollow up with customers on the status of their vehicle, based on how the customer wants to be informedFollow up with customers to ensure satisfactionGain superior product knowledge to effectively help customersProvide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyaltyThe QualificationsMaintain an energetic, professional, and positive personality throughout the workdayMust be confident working with customers and staff from diverse backgroundsEffective listening skills when speaking with guestsDesire to provide a high level of customer service and be results drivenValid Driver’s License with acceptable driving recordAbility to set and achieve targeted goalsDemonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skillsPrior sales experience preferred but not requiredValid driver licence with a clean driving recordCapital Automotive Group offers competitive total compensation, work that is challenging and meaningful, an engaging and collaborative work culture, performance recognition and room for growth opportunities.
