In collaboration with Shop Management and Operations, the Service Writer will implement the developed daily, monthly and weekly work plans based on the current and future needs of the operations.The Service Writer is the face of shop business for the customers and is also accountable to ensure plans are executed in a way that any deviations are problem solved and communicated to the customers.
