The successful candidate will have completed post-secondary education with a degree or diploma in Business Administration or another relevant specialty. Having an adult education certification would be an asset. Must have 5+ years of experience designing and delivering adult education programs through online learning and having experience with managing electronic learning management systems. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in FDA regulation along with related CFR regulations and standards and have a strong understand of training delivery techniques. The purpose of this position is to support the Quality Department in ensuring GXP compliance at all times and support the business in the delivery of technical training initiatives to propel the business in achieving its organizational goals.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESManage Emergent’s learning management system to ensure that all records are maintained in compliance with applicable regulations and proceduresWork in collaboration with global quality training teams to develop and harmonize practices, processes, and content to ensure consistent employee experience and content deliveryConsult with teams to identify training and development gaps and recommend solutions to stakeholders, and/or guide team members in identifying solutionsDesign the content and format of training materials, training plans, training assignments and curriculum design for employees through the learning management system, and makes recommendations for content improvementDevelop job training aids and establish effective assessment and feedback mechanisms as appropriate to evaluate team competencePresent data-based recommendations to senior management on training needs, activities, and solutionsAct as a point of escalation to the team on issues from the businessChampion site initiatives to drive continuous improvementThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work performed by those in this job.
