Job Description

Bayshore HealthCare is proud to showcase its achievement as a Platinum member of Canada’s Best Managed Companies Program every year since 2006.The Staffing Concierge, under the direction of the immediate Supervisor, completes day to day receptionist and office tasks as required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works with the CSCs to coordinate & book travel for nurses scheduled Oversee staffing service coordination in consultation with the MCPs, PayBill Coordinators, Client Service Coordinators facilitating a response to all inquiries from Northern Staffing field staff pre assignment, while on assignment and post assignment to promote an exceptional Northern Staffing field staff experience. Reviews training given to Field Staff and identifies gaps in information experienced by the staff member and provides information to fill the gaps. Problem-solve issues/questions of Field Staff (travel, compensation (including timesheets, pay statements, pay inquires) for Field employees. Provide assistance to Client Service Coordinators as required. Follows up with Nurses who have been inactive to see what we can do to get them active Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities. Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures. Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the companys Quality Management System. Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns. Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel. Complete other tasks as requested.Job QualificationEducation:

  • Minimum - Secondary School Diploma
  • completion of a travel agency diploma preferred
Experience:
  • Experience in customer relations to a diverse population
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a health care related field/human resources
  • Experience in sales and customer interactions
  • Experience in working in or with Remote and isolated communities an asset.
