For more information, please visit our website.An exciting opportunity awaitsWe currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Steinbach or Winnipeg branches. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist with the development and execution of strategies and initiatives that ensure SCU attracts, engages and retains the top talent needed to attain organizational goals in a positive workplace. In collaboration with the hiring manager, you will define hiring criteria, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and provide recruiting services through to the negotiation of offers.Specific Responsibilities:

  • Post-Secondary education with a minimum of 2 years of formal HR education.
  • 4 to 6 years of job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CPHR or RPR designation would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills while maximizing the reporting functionality within human resources information system.
  • Proven organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively as a team member as well as independently.
Qualifications:
