Team Lead - eCommerce Advisor (ECA)IntegrateIT$21-$27 per hour, Full Time, Days, Monday-FridayAre you

  • Between the ages of 17 and 30 (inclusive)
  • A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee Legally entitled to work in Manitoba
  • And possess a valid Social Insurance Number

Bring your process-oriented mindset and leadership skills to our Digital Services Squad and oversee, coordinate, and lead a team of eCommerce Advisors. eCommerce Advisors assist small businesses with digital adoption and eCommerce activities to help grow their businesses online. This position works closely with the internal and external Canada Digital Adoption Program delivery team and is responsible for coordinating all program activities.Who are weWe are IntegrateIT, an organization committed to assisting small and medium-sized businesses in their digital transformation and adoption journey. As the agent for Canada’s Digital Adoption Program, we will deliver over 3000 microgrants over the next three years. We’re not kidding when we say REAL IMPACT!   • have a degree or diploma in Business or a related field
  • have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in business administration, customer service, or program coordination
  • have a passion for project management, client services, and are customer service oriented
  • can take direction well and execute
  • are self-motivated and work independently but not afraid to ask questions
  • can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • have strong computer skills in Microsoft 365, CRM
  • have excellent organizational and planning skills
  • are familiar with online platforms and interactive presentation software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • can work independently with minimal supervision
  • have a passion for client services and are customer service oriented
  • are a critical thinker and problem solver
  • thrive in a fast-paced environment, follow-through, and ability to juggle competing priorities with limited supervision
  • are bilingual (asset and not required)
