You understand developers and speak their language. You are an enthusiast for anything technology related and most of all you are a technology champion whose skills will help us build reliable, scalable, and highly performant next-generation platforms. Your main responsibility will be to craft, plan and implement technology solutions and strategies. You will also be responsible for developing a team of associates to design and implement solutions in an efficient way by providing them with the right tools, frameworks, and infrastructure. Your leadership skills allow you to collaborate successfully at all levels in order to deliver valuable features to our collectors and clients.As part of this varied role, were also counting on you to:

  • Owning the Engineering roadmap for the components that the team manages, making sure we drive the platform forward architecturally.
  • Assisting product & delivery to shape work youre doing around any technical constraints.
  • Partnering with product and delivery to prioritize work and measure success.
  • Technical coordination and forward planning with other teams to ensure risks and blockers are identified ahead of time.
  • Passion and experience working in an Agile team environment
  • You strive for continuous improvement in both yourself and your team in meaningful ways
  • Recognizing changing technologies, you consistently take steps to proactively further your development
  • You thrive as both an individual contributor and team member, consistently taking accountability for results
Can you deliver…Heres what were looking for from our Technology Manager expert…
  • Good understanding of terraform and standard methodologies.
  • Understanding of AWS services or other large cloud services providers.
  • API design and development experience with a preference for experience with microservices
