This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business, where we seamlessly connect farming customers with food, feed and industry.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Trade Execution Coordinator will coordinate and plan import and export processes, customs documentation, shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time. In this role, you will complete monetary transactions associated with the export in a timely manner. Key AccountabilitiesExecute shipments and ensure flawless execution of contracts, preparation of preliminary and final instructions, documentation for payment amd issuance of load orders.Develop and cultivate relationships with medium accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.Work with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements.Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.Prepare, review, approve and maintain files for import and export documents.Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of two years of related work experience.Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.Other minimum qualifications may apply.
