Unity One SecurityWe are hiring for a loss prevention and Uniform guards.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintaining safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and or site.Ability to stand and do foot patrol for up to 8 hoursAbility to blend into environments and carry out duties discreetlyAbility to escort trespassers away from client premisesComplete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidentsIdentify, monitor and approach subjects who may have unpaid merchandiseDocument theft and other security violationsAbility to respond well to emergency situationsAbility to work without close supervisionQUALIFICATION AND SKILLSValid Security License is requiredExperience with arrests and detaining shopliftersKnowledge of all 5 steps to an arrest/detainment of a shoplifterMust be proficient in the English language, spoken, written, and via electronicsSuperior observational skillsKnowledgeable on safety processes and procedures1-year in the Security / LPO industry and experience preventing theft of store merchandiseWe thank you for your interest in this position, however only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
