The opportunity:Reporting to the Manager, IT Service Desk, the User Access Administrator will be responsible for performing user account administration of all employees. This include a variety of tasks with technical difficulties ranging from entry level spreadsheet processing to user account management in various systems.The User Access Administrator will work with department heads to ensure that all user access is documented and maintained appropriately. The incumbent should possess prior experience managing user access on software solutions, maintaining documentation of user access, knowledge in data entry, experience with spreadsheet manipulation and creation of detailed reports, and experience contributing to, and following policies and procedures.Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and updating user access to align with policies and procedures.
  • Entering and tracking requests in a timely manner.
  • Granting/revoking access to various systems according to pre-defined job roles.
  • Scheduling, tracking, and conducting quarterly user access reviews according to policy and procedures.
  • Producing and updating reports regarding applicable user access metrics.
  • Adhering to guidelines established in policies and following defined procedures as required.
  • Providing information to auditors on user access.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, digital forms and online applications.
  • A reliable, consistent work ethic.
  • An excellent attitude and commitment to providing extraordinary service.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to respond appropriately to internal stakeholders, external partners, and rapidly changing situations and priorities.
  • A demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
