Qualifications:Essential:
  • Post secondary education in web-based technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in website planning, design, development, management, web publishing and graphic design tools including: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Professional.
  • Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 and XML.
  • Excellent written communication skills including web editing principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Desired:
  • Excellent oral communication skills including the ability to deliver presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in Project management skills including experience managing and leading multiple projects.
Duties:This position has responsibility for the coordination of departmental websites in Manitoba.ca in support of its goals, objectives and priorities. This includes managing design and functionality, ensuring quality development and approval of content for the websites.
