Job Description

Job DescriptionFor this opening we will consider candidates from the following locations: Winnipeg,MB,Canada | ,ON,CanadaWorkforce Management AnalystIntrado is looking to hire a Workforce Management Analyst to join our Life & Safety business segment.Essential Duties:

  • Create and distribute a variety of scheduling reports to management as necessary
  • Review recommendations to improve staffing utilizing mandatory assigning of extra hours, premium hours, and prearrange excused time
  • Determine where new employees are needed and prepare salable hiring schedules by shift while ensuring all deficit hours are filled adhering to departmental policies and procedures
  • Ensure that departments receive timely and updated information regarding hiring and training
  • for all local line groups
  • Submit for supervisory approval recommendations to improve methods and procedures while adhering to departmental policies and procedures
  • Review and administer temporary and mandatory schedule change requests, approving or
  • denying requests based on current and upcoming production needs
  • Ensure that all operator and scheduling information is processed and entered in the system in an accurate and timely manner
Minimum QualificationsEducation:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or technical school with major course work in computer science, statistics or related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience:
  • Minimum one year of experience in staff forecasting required, preferably in a client operations or call center environment
  • Proven ability to perform analysis to support scheduled production calling, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures
