Job Description

Gardewine is a Manitoba company, with terminals across Canada and a strong history that dates back to the 1950’s. Since being founded in the northern community of Flin Flon we have grown significantly by diversifying within the transportation industry. The most important aspect of our company’s operations is our dedicated people; our people will always be the source of our success and their safety and health will always come first. We are currently seeking a Driver Services Administrator to join our team.This Driver Services Administrator is responsible for the administration of all government requirements to ensure company and DOT compliance for driversDuties and Responsibilities

  • Provides positive service to all drivers
  • Builds positive working relationships with management on all driver compliance requirements
  • Administer the distribution of all fuel cards to new and existing drivers
  • Review driver logs for accuracy, errors and compliance for a designated group of drivers
  • Maintain and monitor all driver licenses through data software system
  • Scan and upload new hire documents to data software system
  • Provides regular feedback to Manager on relevant departmental issues
  • Maintains and updates electronic driver files as necessary
  • Assist with truck licensing at times
  • Participates in all safety initiatives and programs
  • Other duties as assigned and required in achievement of departmental goals
QualificationsThis position requires exceptional organizational skills with superb attention to detail with secondary education. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Previous data entry experience preferred, with knowledge of the transportation industry considered an asset. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively independently, with management and as a team player in a fast pace environment.Quick Apply
