Job Description

Role - Accounts ReceivableLocation - Acheson , 100% office-basedOur client in the Construction industry located in Acheson, AB, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician. for a 3-month+ temporary contract with the potential for full-time direct employment. Reporting to the Controller, the incumbent will be responsible for accounts receivable and their proper maintenance. If you enjoy invoice generation, posting payments, and building vendor relationships, this could be the right opportunity for you!Advantages

Responsibilities
  • Complete accounts receivable cycle
  • Collections calls and emails
  • Debit memos and Aging reports
  • Perform daily cash receipts, invoicing and reminders to customers;
  • Send statements of account to customers, follow up and reconcile accounts;
  • Proceed with the opening of accounts receivable and prepare the credit application file if necessary;
QualificationsHere’s what you’ll need if you’d like to apply to this accounts receivable AR clerk position
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar AR position
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Strong excel skills and ERP systems experience such as Timberline, Jonas, or Great Plains
  • Have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Available to start immediately
