Monarch Transport (1975) Ltd a division of Landtran Systems Inc. is currently hiring 53†Tridem Trailer Dry and Heat Van Owner-Operators to haul to British Columbia and Alberta or the US. Are you tired of strapping, chaining, tarping or you are just looking for a change, this is the job youve been looking for.****We offer a SIGNING BONUS of 10% Base Rate which is roughly $1200 monthly for the first 3 month. There is also $250 for completion of orientation.We pay 1.425 per mile loaded or empty. The fuel rate as of October 14 is 1.0700 based on the Canadian Fuel Association which Fluctuates. We pay $30 for live loading and $30 for live unloading touch free.****There is also a wait time rate of $43.50 after 1 hour. Do you want to be paid a safety incentive 0.04 per mile paid quarterly with no infractions We offer that too . We cover the cost of the license plates but not the GST. Insurance is 0.07 a mile and Insurance Payments are a minimum $550 and maximum $630 per month. There is a $3000 hold back this covers any deductibles at $250 per month for 12 months. Plus the option to buy into our Medical Benefits program.****
