Reporting to the Manager, Compensation, the Compensation Analyst will collaborate with various partners to advance the transformation of the compensation practice. This valued member of a highly agile and transformative HR team will add value to the organization by contributing research and analysis finding to the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
