Are you ready to join a successful team where your contribution makes a differenceWe are looking for a Part Time, Shipping and Receiving Clerk/ Customer Service Representative to join the Team at TCL Supply Chain!Shifts Available: Friday - Saturday: 9:30pm - 6:00am (8 Hour shift); flexibility in schedule is requiredOverview: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk/ Customer Service Representative will report directly to the CSR Operations Supervisor. This position includes working on/over the weekend.Essential Functions of the Customer Service Representative

  • Organize and assess inbound/outbound load planning
  • Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Assist truck drivers onsite and ensure paperwork is filled out correctly
  • Respond to customer requests accurately and swiftly
The requirements for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk/ Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
  • Team player: enjoys working as a team
  • Strong administrative and paperwork skills
  • Computer literate (Intermediate Excel skills)
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound load plans
  • Accurately receiving products and paperwork
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
The ideal candidate skills and competencies:
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role or administrative/Customer Service role in a warehouse setting
  • Comfortable working weekends
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations in a professional manner
  • Possess the ability to work independently, multitask, and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • All applicants need to be comfortable with the commute to the West end of the Edmonton area.
  • All applicants must be flexible to work all shifts (days/afternoons) and days of the week as TCL Supply Chain, Inc. is a 7-day-a week facility.
