Job Description

Work in conjunction with the QA/HR Manager for field staff preparation and documentation review.Main duties:Scheduling and organizing accommodations, training and testing for crews;Coverall stock and ordering;Data entry customer requirements;Documentation review and organization;Compiling and formatting customer related documentation and communication with external clients to ensure requirements are met;Maintaining current Quality Management System documentation;Data entry for internal and external requirements;Online registries (i.e.: ComplyWorks, ISNetworld, etc.);Other duties as assigned.On call one weekend per month. Company provided cell phone.Must be proficient in MS office, PDF reader/writer, ability to read and write in English.Ability to work alone with minimal supervision once guided on expectations.We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized applicant that takes initiative to complete standard tasks and can provide a high level of output. You will work in conjunction with the HR/QA Manager for Quality documentation review and compilation and field staff preparation.Job Type: PermanentSalary: $24.00-$26.00 per hourBenefits:
