Are you ready to join a successful team where your contribution makes a differenceTCL Supply Chain is currently seeking a Human Resources Representative to join the Human Resources Team. This individual will lead our onsite recruitment and onboarding at TCL Supply Chain. Talent acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role you should be able to develop long-term recruitment strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for TCL’s current and future recruitment needs. The incumbent will work closely with the Operations Team to drive recruitment priorities, onboarding, and contributing to TCL being the Employer and Provider of Choice.SHIFTMonday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm; flexibility in schedule is required as HR supports a 24-7 operationDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead hourly full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition;
  • Facilitate orientation;
  • Lead liaison for social media and recruitment marketing;
  • Continuous evaluation and development the onboarding program;
  • Assist with site employee engagement activities, collaborating with both the HR and Operation Teams;
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture through diverse communication avenues;
  • Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data;
  • Performs other duties as assigned;
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist or similar role
  • Strong / Intermediate PC skills, including email, internet, Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Confidence to work with people at all levels of the organization;
  • Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork/collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and outstanding customer service;
  • 2-3 years experience in human resources, or recruitment;
  • Time management skills including the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a timely manner;
Considered an Asset
  • 2-3 years’ experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of TalentReef or another applicant tracking system
  • Ambition to pursue a career in human resources, recruiting, or warehouse operations;
  • Experience in a warehousing or similar industry;
  • CPHR Designation or Candidate;
  • Post Secondary Education majoring in Human Resources;
