Position Scope:This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Asset Management business unit and the Acheson shop, specifically, collect and process work order documentation, maintain and organize work order and related documentation historical data, and coordinate facility maintenance administration, while ensuring that the unit’s deliverable of accurate equipment work order data is met.THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT OUR ACHESON OFFICE (WEST OF EDMONTON).Responsibilities:Collect and process work order documentation in the J.D. Edwards systemCollect work order documentation from all NACG sitesMatch documents to work ordersScan and attach documentation to work orders in the J.D. Edwards systemDocument filing in the Equipment Files for Document ControlValidate and review work ordersReview accuracy and data on work ordersMaintain and organize work order and related documentationMaintain work order historical dataProvide administrative supportCoordinate facility maintenance administrationProvide vacation coverage as requiredQualifications:Two years related experience in an office environment with a background in filing system process’sRelated experience in an equipment environment would be an assetRelated office administration diploma/certificate supplemented with additional business administration trainingHigh level of proficiency using Microsoft office Word, Excel and OutlookMicrosoft power point would be an assetEquipment background and planning training would be an assetExcellent English and comprehension (spoken, written, grammar, punctuation)Detail orientated with excellent organizational skillsAble to multitask under tight deadlines, set priorities, perform responsible and difficult administrative work, involving the use of independent judgment and personal initiative. Be able to work independently in the absence of supervisionPolished and professional with strong attention to details, efficient and extremely organized.
