Job Description

Position Scope:Schedule is 7x7Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle parts ordering: ensuring orders are correct and charged
  • Servicing front end and back end customers
  • Ensure all materials are labeled, properly inspected, properly stored and storage locations are properly labeled
  • Maintain and control the supply of materials, tools and equipment
  • Use storage systems to handle and store products (use equipment to move items and place them in appropriate storage areas or bins)
  • Assist with completing parts estimates to maintain completion targets
Qualifications:
  • Journeyperson Parts Technician or Journeyperson HET with part sourcing experience
  • 2 or more years’ experience with heavy equipment
Summary:All successful candidates must:
  • Be proficient in English, both verbally and written
  • Have experience as requested in the job description above
  • Undergo and successfully pass the following pre-employment testing:
  • Breath Alcohol Test
  • Urine Drug Test
  • Fitness-to-Work Health Assessment (position dependent)
  • Audiometric Testing (position dependent)
  • Vision Screening (position dependent)
All successful candidates MUST provide the following items prior to confirmation of their start date:
  • Copy of Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (position dependent)
  • Copy of recent Driver’s Abstract (position dependent)
  • VOID cheque/direct deposit form
