Somerville is seeking a qualified Quality Coordinator for our Western Canada Division.Responsibilities:Support of inter-divisional projects throughout Western Canada, including but not limited to:Assist in creation of Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans and relevant quality documentationSite audits, inspections and review of activities, process, and deliverable packagesTraining and Education of personnel in quality related areasAdministrative support for Quality Management System activities, including evaluation and maintenance of subcontractor qualification, maintaining current client and industry specifications, quality training and orientations, health, and safety activitiesMaintaining the existing Quality Management System, with a focus on Control of Documented Information, Continual Improvement initiatives, Non- Conformance and Corrective Action administration, supporting client requirementsAbility to be self-motivated and working with little supervisionNOTE – This is an entry level position with tremendous growth potentialQualifications:Post-secondary in Quality Assurance or Engineering discipline3-5 years of Quality related experienceUnderstanding of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management SystemsExperience and/or Certification in Quality Auditing is an assetStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills with knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel & Power PointOpen to Canadian residents only.We thank all interested applicants, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Quick Apply
