The Quality Manager leads the delivery of Quality Management and Systems operational support across the scope of High Arctic Energy Services. This role ensures the provision of timely and world-class capabilities to meet organizational needs in compliance with legal and contractual obligations.The Quality Manager takes overall responsibility for change and project management regarding Quality Systems strategies in accordance with High Arctic procedures and policies.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo demonstrate commitment to safety through a personal focus on safety and the integration of safety in every task.Provide expert Quality Management and Systems advice for the provisions of recognized Quality Standards, alterations to and amendments of existing Standards for the country, state or province of operations.Implement and monitor the application of an audit/inspection schedule to measure compliance to HAES Standards/Procedures across the scope of HAES operating sites.Coach and mentor other leaders through a consistent approach to the application of HAES systems.Interpret Audit and Quality data and communicate findings through the provision of regular Quality reports, including but not limited to systems and management compliance, action status, audit and inspection status, legal compliance etc.Facilitate the conduct of HAES internal and external audits.Maintain systems capability to meet Quality operational requirements for the country, state or province of operations.Set and monitor achievement of Quality KPIs.Provide Quality workplace capability through strategic HRM and planning.Source and deliver systems development activities that meet and enhance operational performance requirements.Manage change in respect to Quality strategies and initiatives.RequirementsPost-secondary degree in Quality, Administration, or Business Management.Certifications in associated fields, such as Leadership, Management, Environmental, Psychology, Risk Management, etc.10+ years experience in the energy industry.4+ years experience in leadership role.Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications (MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint, MSOutlook, SharePoint, Power BI).Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of settings.Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to translate complex problems into simple tasks/solutions.Experience with project budgeting and resource planning.Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be confident when dealing with Sr. Management, including the Board of Directors.BenefitsHigh Arctic offers a total rewards package competitive across the industry, which includes:Employer Paid Health and Dental BenefitsExtended Health Care BenefitsGroup RRSP Matching ProgramWe thank all applicants for their interest, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
