Job Description

IAA, Inc. is searching for a Site Sale Coordinator to join the team at our facility in Acheson, AB.IAA is Canadas leading live and live-online salvage vehicle auction company with auction facilities across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. IAAs national service offering allows sellers to standardize processes across the country and provides buyers with Canadas most extensive selection of salvage vehicles. IAA has nearly 4,500 talented employees and more than 200 facilities throughout the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom.The Site Sale Coordinator generates site revenue by planning for off-sites sales, tracking and retrieving bills, and finalizing sales (remittance, bill of sales). Ensures customer service by providing consistent communication with clients in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure we have signed Site Sale agreements, and that buyers are following Site Sale Agreement
  • Complete Quarterly inventories with Site Sale partners
  • Partner with BM’s to suspend Site Sale Buyers when required
  • Partner with Site Sale yards to obtain photos, send personals on behalf of the clients, claim denied units, owner retained units etc.
  • Work the Action Q for all Site Sale requests
  • Develop, maintain and cultivate existing relationships with IAA Partner Yards
  • Manage callback, dispatching, pickup, and inventory of Site Sale units in a timely manner
  • Locating best venues and sourcing low-cost tow solutions for our clients to mitigate policy losses
  • All other duties as assigned
Competencies:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in related role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; building and maintaining client/vendor/buyer relationships required
  • Works well in a team environment or independently
  • Strong time management and organizational skill
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, with an ability to problem solve
  • Overall understanding of the different dispatch areas for the western provinces (BC, AB, SK, MB)
  • Strong understanding of the current SLAs for our different clients
  • Strong Vision background and understanding of the different auction platforms for SS product
  • AR (Accounts Receivable) understanding & follow-up
