Job Description

Do you have an amazing work ethic, you are a great team player and take pride in what you do If you do, then Nektar FAB Inc. is the right place for you.Nektar FAB Inc. is currently seeking Skilled Labourers to join our diverse and dynamic team. Scope of work will include metal fabrication, light metal work and wiring. The successful candidate will bring their skills and experience in the construction industry and work on day-to-day projects on site in Acheson, Alberta. The Skilled Labourer will perform some or all the following:

  • Framing, demolition, paving stone installation, concrete forming, utility installation and other types of construction work.
  • Installing electrical cable.
  • Operating handheld tools.
Qualifications & Physical Capabilities
  • Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, attention to detail.
  • Tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding (bending, crouching, kneeling, walking).
  • Handling heavy tools.
  • Minimal outdoor work.
  • CSTS 2020
  • Class 5 drivers license is mandatory. Candidates must have their own transportation (public transit is not available).
