Job Description

Job DescriptionTuber Towing is looking for a dedicated tow truck operator to join our team. We are a rapidly growing, Edmonton based Towing & Transport company providing roadside assistance, Towing and Recovery Services in the Edmonton Area. We are looking for a skilled operator to join our team. This opportunity would be to run a flat bed tow truck.Key Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers in a responsible and respectful manner
  • Completion of daily paperwork (service reports, trip logs and inspections)
  • Responding to a variety of calls including accidents, recoveries and basic tows etc.
  • Being able to accept payment by credit, cash and account
  • Able to work all types of shifts
Required Skills
  • Class 5 drivers license or higher (Non-GDL)
  • Heavy and Light towing experience is an asset
  • Must be able to multitask and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and staff
  • Safety certifications would be an asset
  • Have a flexible schedule
  • Ability to provide a driver's abstract and pass a drug test
  • A verifiable Clean Commercial driver's history
  • Security Clearance will be required
Other Requirements
  • Must be able to work many different shifts and have a flexible schedule
  • Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
  • Will be required to walk; sit; crouch; crawl; and use hand to manipulate material
