It is very important to represent the company’s corporate image in an exemplary manner demonstrating superior customer service. As a Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing Representative, his/her role will exemplify our brand image as an ambassador and will provide positive brand experiences to all customers.Environment:The hospitality business catering to the elite is a highly competitive business in which consumer tastes change dramatically. In order to maintain this image, we must constantly strive to improve our facilities and product to ensure we maintain a competitive edge.Function & Tasks:1. Provide prompt acknowledgment, friendly welcome and efficient check-in of guests.2. Ensure Waivers (liability release forms) are completed properly and witnessed.3. Ensure information about guest waivers, weight, names or name changes are communicated to the Guides house immediately.4. Ensure guest travel requirements/information is communicated to the Travel Coordinator.5. Have a thorough knowledge of our facilities, hours of operation, room/chalet types and detail within guest rooms/chalets.6. Be aware of special functions within the resort.7. Know the activities we offer.8. Be proactive in selling the activities and packages we offer.9. Ensure that guest related housekeeping and maintenance problems are communicated to those areas for prompt attention.10. Booking and canceling accommodation and dining room reservations.11. Perform various clerical tasks associated with the Front Desk.12. Keep Front Desk and Front Desk office neat, clean and organized.13. Perform all guest accounting functions: payments and deposits, provide receipts, checking guests out, posting and transferring charges, conducting necessary paperwork related to corrections, adjustments, posting of charges, balancing of float and shift detail at shift close.14. Be resourceful as the Front Desk is an information center for the guests and other departments.15. Ensure guest confidentiality.16. Evaluate guest needs and exceed guest expectations as much as possible.17. Address clients by name and always introduce yourself. These are the basics to personalizing the guest experience.18. Strive to assure effective communication and team work between all departments.19. Those having a Class 4 license may be called upon to on occasion shuttle guests.20. May be called upon to perform other duties comparable to the above, as the aforementioned describes only the primary features of the job.Job Specifications:
