Job Description

Must ensure quality of service is maintained to the highest level for our clientele.The hospitality business catering to the elite is a highly competitive business in which consumer tastes change dramatically. Our company is built on customer loyalty due to the high levels of service and a very positive image. In order to maintain this image we must constantly strive to improve our facilities and product to ensure we maintain a competitive edge.Function & Tasks:1. Primarily responsible for laundry that must get done in the evening to include massage linens, chef’s uniforms, guest laundry and any leftover laundry from day shift.2. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.3. Drive company vehicles as required.4. Cooperation - working jointly with others towards a common goal. Our goal is customer satisfaction.5. Communicate all problems and/or ideas to your supervisor.6. Must be punctual for work shift and efficient while working.7. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner within company policies.8. Ensure that resort is checked regularly for repairs and refurbishing, and that required maintenance is recorded.9. Professional conduct, good staff relation, friendly, and efficient.10. Work must be performed to the highest quality. Attention to detail is extremely important.11. Dress code is black pants, MWHS housekeeping T-shirt, and black hoodie. The black hoodie and T-shirt are supplied. The dress code must be adhered to at all times.12. May be called upon to perform other duties comparable to the above, as the aforementioned describes only the primary duties of the job.Job Specifications:

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to work with precision, organization, and accuracy.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work with various systems.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
  • Bondable.
Working Conditions:
  • May be exposed to waste, infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc. that are consistent with maintenance, janitorial and housekeeping.
  • Manual dexterity required.
  • Overtime as required.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 25 pounds.
